The TCEP Leadership and Advocacy Fellowship was developed by the Texas College of Emergency Physicians
to groom future emergency physician leaders. The fellowship combines elements of mentoring, organizational
education, and advocacy skills training, in addition to guided experiences to selected Fellows.
